modified aftermarket bumper

I have an option to buy a arb bumper from a 90s toyota my question is how hard would it be to modify it to fit the explorer without chopping it up too much? Has anyone every done this? It looks like it is definitely possible and could look really good when on but would it be worth it to modify a nice bumper just to possibly fit the explorer?

If you can weld, it would be easy, most likely the mounting brackets won't match up and will need 'adjusting'.
