Moisture in mirror marker lamp

So in the end what can happen? Electrical failure? Damage to the electrical system. I know it's not a normal thing, but can it cause major damage to anything in the long run. If it is a reoccuring thing, then it will probably just keep happening as it has to others. Warranty won't cover this afte 60000 kms.

You folks are scaring me with this moisture in the marker light thing. I am suppose to pick up my 2015 Ex Limited very soon. Is the moisture issue still a problem? Should this be the first thing I check before accepting the vehicle?
Thanks for the advice
