Hey guys,, I read on here that there are people who say if you install these on the back not only will it prevent sagging when people are in the back or hauling things but it also springs it up an inch from the factory height?? any truth to this?? If this is true then it seems like a good solution to the bit of sagging that the 97 sport explorer has!!
thanks

any advice would help guys!! I can't find too much info on these

are they shocks or an actual modification to the springs? if they are shocks, i wouldnt use them to raise the rear end, as this is just masking the problem of bad springs....

No they come from the factory with a coil spring built onto them, there was a guy on this board that said he put 2 on and it eliminated his rear sag.

I have them on my chev pick up and the are great for when I need to carry a heavy load. I just air them up! The bolts on the bottom of the shocks can carry some awsome weight. I use them to level my truck when I have a load on it.

OPPS! Your talking about the ones with the springs. Not air! My bad.
