Can I use this on plastic trim that's a color other than black? (ie. bumper and wheel well trim) What about the side steps, or is it slippery?

This would be for an '02 XLS.

It will definitely be slippery, but I have put it on my sidesteps before and it wasnt THAT bad. It comes off pretty quick though when its on your steps.
