Motorcraft/Autolite plugs...

Are they exactly the same just diff name? Or is motorcraft any better? I'm due to change mine (got bosch +4's now, not really impressed). Also wondering do they make any that are pre-gaped from factory?

Anyway, if they are pretty much the same, i'll go with the cheaper one. Btw, the double platts are the ones i'll probably get.

same question regarding plug wires
(motorcraft/autolite).
 






No, Autolites are not exactally the same as Motorcrafts. Ford engines run best with Motorcraft plugs. You can get Motorcraft double plats at Autozone for $4/each, and they need to be gapped to .054.

For wires, I'd do with Motorcraft, Jacobs or Taylor.
