MSD DIS-4 and truck not wanting to start??

In january I went with a MSD DIS-4... but I have not been running the truck much. Now that the weather is nice and I have it out....
when I go and start it -it starts and runs fine.... but once in a while I turn in over and if I let off the key right before the engine catchs and runs... the truck stalls... then I have to wait about ten mins or something before it will fire again. I can sit there all day and it will just crank over... is there something in the ign box that has some type of relay???????? that gets tripped or something?

make that more then 10 mins.... its been sitting in the driveway for 30 mins now and it still wont fire over!!!! what the hell.... !!!!!!!

2 hrs later and still wont start. I just got the DIS-4 by-pass harness and installed that... didnt make a different so I am ruling out the DIS-4....and I cracked the fuel return line off the FMU and its pumping fuel!!!!
so what now.... going to check for spark and see if its got any codes! any other ideas....
