MTF reboot

I have a 2011 XLT. The MTF reboots like a computer and the touch screen doesn't respond. My issue though is that these problems are intermittent and never happens when I'm at the dealer. Anyone know anything about theses issues or anything similar?

Check the various threads here or do a specific 'Search' on the issue and you will find this is not a unique problem.

Note- If you search, use MFT, not MTF. MyFordTouch... Just so you get the best responses...

With intermittent problems I found taking a video(s) to be most helpful when at the dealer. Never had a problem when showing one to them. Even gave them a link to this site once to prove a problem.

How often is your system rebooting, m2d1g2?
