muffled rattle like tin can

hear this in rear of my 02 sportrac. mainly when turning left or right. seems to be getting worse. Any suggestions?

Do you have a limited slip differential? (Hint: Check the door sticker if you're unsure. Check the AXLE code, then report back)

what exactly is the noise? i had a rattle tin can like noise when turning wheels and it was the heat guard on the exhaust and when sitting still or slow the rough movement rattle the loose heat shield. just my .02
