Just a quick question... how much should l expect to spent to replace the muffler on my 2000 explorer 4.0? I Just spent a lot of money last week on a new engine, and this morning the tailpipe disconnected from the muffler! I see that there are a couple of small holes forming in the muffler, so I know it's time to replace it. I would need everything from the muffler back done. Earlier this year, I had a repair made to the pipe from the cat to the muffler, so there is a simple clamp to remove and everything should come out.
