multiple engine codes need help!!!

hi guys im back with another engine problem i have multiple engine codes coming up and really need to know how to fix it,CODES ARE P01151, P0153, P0304 P0306 what could cause all these codes to come up together? please help this is my only vehicle and tags are due! i have searched codes on here but havent noticed any of these codes coming up together for other people.

vacuum leak?

P1151 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 2
P0153 02 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0304 Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
P0306 Cylinder 6 Misfire Detected

Assuming you have a V6 all of the codes relate to Bank 2 (driver side). Check for loose, cracked or broken vacuum hoses/connections on that side.

awesome 2000StreetRod thank you i will try that out when i get home, after doing alot of reading on here does this sound like it could be the upper and lower intake gaskets?

i didnt find any vacuum leaks what else can it be?

when was the spark plugs and/or plug leads changed last?
