ford mustang rims 16inch on Ford explorer fit rear not front any solutions rim bore like 1/8 " to small and dust cover sticks out if would go on all the way is there a safe spacer I can use.

I put mustang rims on my aerostar, if you have a 2wd explorer then the front hub is the same. I used 17 inch wheels from a 2005 mustang GT. A 1/4 inch wheel spacer and longer studs from autozone was all I needed.
