My 1994 Ford Aerostar won't start!

The battery is fully charged and the starter is okay? If it's flooded what do i do? Can i use ether on fuel injection? It turns over it just won't fire!

please help!

Your questions is essentially the same as "My van won't start..why not". There's just not enough enfo.

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the Aerostar section. Do you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key? Does the check engine light turn on when you turn the key? Did you check the fuses?

It was running saturday. The battery is charged the starter works.....That all i can write cause it's all. It turns over but won't start.... It's been sitting for 2 years. I put in new gas. It was running Saturday for 1/2 hour.... i got a day permit for today si i could take it to air care (has to be done in BC). But it just won't start

the fuel pump primes..... What does checking the fuses do? What fuses do i check?

Check the fuel pump relay, and a PCM relay if you don't hear the fuel pump when you turn the key.

Do you have a 3.0L or a 4.0L engine? The 3.0L has a cap & rotor. Did you test each cable for a spark? How old are the spark plugs & cables? This once happened to my 88. The plugs were bad, and they wouldn't fire.

Did you check the fuel filter?Put outlet in jar and try.Did you check the fuel shut-off switch
located behind pass.side kick panel(below glove box).

Did you check the cables to see if the spark plugs are firing? It could have a bad ignition module or it might need a tune up.
