I bought a custom tune from ZFG racing today. They claim around 75 hp on a stock ST with 93 octane, and up to 100 on E50. Who knows how much I'll gain with the whipple FMIC. Once I get the whipple I'll get some 0-60 times with the dragy app, stock, with the 5 star tune, then install the FMIC and try again with the updated 5 star tune, then with the ZFG tune.

Did you have the HP Tuners device already? Seems expensive to switch tunes with a different tuner but if you had the HP Tuner MPVI2 or RTD with credits, buying just the tune is not bad. I have the Livernois and am happy with it but wish I had the "display gear" always option. For whatever reason Livernois does not know how to get this done and claim it is seldom requested.

Yes I already had a MVPI2 I bought back in 18 to use on my mustang.

Nice. I think they'll look much better with lowering springs...did you put them on yet?

I put the springs on back in October before the cold got here. By the time the sway bar arrived it was too cold out so it's still in the box waiting on install. I'm hoping I get a decent weekend before I go to Asheville on April 5th because I would like to have the sway bar installed before the drive down.

Last Sunday I installed the whipple I/C and loaded the updated 5 star tune. Went to my favorite road in Mexico and turned on the dragy and ran a 12.59@110.12 mph with just the intercooler and a tune. Before the I/C my best was a 12.72@109.50



And today the tire rack mobile install truck came and mounted and balanced my new tires on my new wheels.

All summer long I've been picking away at my quarter mile and 0-60 times. Now that I have the ZFG tune installed and datalogged and my lighter 20's back on the EX for winter and an E30 mix in the tank, the weather was a nice and cool 37 degrees and dry so I took a trip down to my favorite Mexican road and pulled off a 12.09@112.30 and a 3.75 0-60!!
