My 94 Aerostar won't crank to start.

94 Aerostar, when you turn key it clicks, but wont start. Had starter checked. Cleaned cable ends. Checked battery, took lower column cover off and switch seems to function alright. Checked wires at neutral switch, solenoid at fender seems good. I've read where cable down to starter starts to corrode inside?

You might have bad cables, terminals, starter or starter solenoid relay.
