Well my frist truck was a 98 F150 XLT Regular Cab and I loved it. But when I found out my wife was pregnant I had to sell her and get something more "Family Friendly" so I went on the hunt for a expedition... no one had anything I liked that was until I found this 96 explorer...

I dont know what made me want to get it but I did... And thats where it all began. When i bought the truck it was as stock as the day it rolled off the line. Since then I have added more wire than the thing had stock [way more than I wanted to] and some other touches

She has as of right now just under 150k miles and still runs great

Here are some stock pictures of the truck

On the outside it is still mostly stock except for my streetglow and a cb antenna

I have also added 2x 12" Kicker comp hooked up to a PPI 2360 amp a 2F cap with a 0 guage wire running to a power block and 4 guage out to the cap and amp

On the interior I started out with a flip out touch screen dvd player... That broke and I replaced it with a pioneer sat radio... in car video entertainment is a work in progress...

The center console is where things get interesting...

My truck came with a factory cd changer but I pulled that out and added my pioneer I also put the street glow controller box a equalizer and cb all in the small center console :P

--------IN PROGRESS------------
What I am still wanting to do as I get money...

Lower the truck front and rear
Remove the CB [Anyone need to buy a antenna mount wire cb the whole deal? :P]
Put some 20" rims and tires
Repaint it [2 tone black and blue]
Window Tint
Add some gauges to monitor the voltage and such
New front bumper from a newer ex
Possibly Roll pan the back
New Interior [black and blue leather / suede]
Add mounting bracket for tablet pc running centrafuse for video
Add 2 more 12" kickers and a new amp

Possibly more things depending on what I can get done and in what time frame :P

Nice x. I really like what you have done with the cb, stereo system, and neons. May I suggest possibly a lift in the future? Shackles with a tt and bigger tires to give that bad boy a little more altitude. Again though thats a clean x.

I like what you've done with it so far, can't wait to see what's next!!
