My door doesnt unlock

My driver door wont unlock, at all, to open it i have to open it from the inside by pulling the handle,

any one know what i could do

i have a 2001 explorer sport

Now serious, that link should help. It's about replacing the exterior door handle cause they'll sometimes break. Goood luck.
