Welp, as the title states, it's 3/4 done...my bender sucks ass on thin wall tubing.

On the brighter side, My buddy Roger and I finished everything back to the to the mufflers. I put some turn-downs on it for the time being until I take it to some place like minake or something to have them finish it.

The cats were removed and cleaned :shifty_ey

We re-used the flange from the old muffler, extended those pipes by 8" to give a nipple to feed into the mufflers. 2.5" clamps wereused on the flange, 2.25 used everywhere else. 2, 31" thrush glass packs were used.

I had to put turn downs on the glass packs in the mean time until I get some place to finish it.

how do those glasspacks sound? I did my own exahaust....took me 4 hours max

They actually sound pretty good. Not defining like I was afraid of. I was actually able to pull up to a drive through and place an order without any issues. LOL

I'll try to get a sound clip up when it is complete.

Your probably went quicker because your in FL where bold heads don't rust so bad :D We had to grind all 7 of them off

I bet THAT was fun !! lol

yeah they must sound sweet now, wait till the carbon builds up and wow talk about a scarry soundin truck, i did the same on my 99 mounty 5.0

I'll get one up as soon as I the back part put on, and yes, I mutilated it pretty good.

Note to all: Harbor Freight pipe benders SUCK at bending thin wall tubing. It did pretty good on my front bumper bends though.

c'mon you slacker, we need some sound clips. Oh and dont do what i did, and have them exit from the side. Everytime i would leave a drop off or start a steep hill climb, they hit the ground. Thats why i cut them off.

I need to send them out the side because I don't want to douse anything that I'm pulling with exhaust.
