I just wanted to introduce myself and say that I just bought a 2003 Explorer XLT Sport with 59,000 miles on it and I absolutely love it so far (I just got it yesterday!) I don't really plan on off-roading with it but I do plan on some serious road trips, starting with one in December going from NY to Jackson Hole, WY. I saw this forum online and wanted to check out the site and I'm very impressed. Well that's all for now. See ya on the road. Oh, I did have a question....Can anyone recommend a good remote starter? With winter steadily approaching I'd like to get one installed. I prefer good quality even if it comes at a price. I'd rather pay now then later! Also, how do you check the tranny fluid? There's no dipstick under the hood, weird.
