My First Explorer!!

Hey Everyone, I just recently found this site and got my first explorer, a '96 XLT 4D 4.0 5spd. I want to lift it a little bit and have been checking out my options. I'll probably go with a TT and shackle first and then a body lift. The problem is I know they don't make a body lift for a 96 and a ranger or 91-94 would work, but what do I need to do about my shifter. I think they make shifter extensions for older explorers, does anyone know if this will work for a newer one? Also, I checked out the BL install for the 91-94, is the 2nd gen. just as easy or is there a lot I will have to mod? Thanks, I appreciate it.

Welcome to the site! I don't know much about lifts for 2nd generation Ex's but I am sure there is someone else who can help you out!

Did you try the search button? There's lots of info on the site already, just need to find it.
