My ford explorer 2003 sport 2 doors refused to start. Current is not coming to the plug wires to enable the start. Also as I on the ignition the fuel pump was making noise inside the fuel tank and the pump was pumping steadily.
What could be the reason for the current not coming to the plug distributor cables. Also does the fuel pump supposed to be pumping steadily when ignition is on and the engine has not started.
Thanks
