My gauge pod designs are up. Opinions?

honestly, I think I would probably pay $50-75 AT MOST.
Even then, I still think that price is a little excessive, although I would pay it for the fact that the product is more customized for my vehicle.
I may pay more, but just puttin in my 2 cents for what I think it should cost.

Well, I'm looking at it like this- he gauge pods are what like $30.

I figure if the finished product is as nice in person as the one in the picture...I might pay about $75$80 maybe a bit more because they do look sweet, but definitely not that much more...

I was wondering the same...I guess this is going to be one of those one-of-a-kind things...

Bringing this up again to see what's up...

I vote B. If it hasn't been canned, I'd buy one too. I'm really not a fan of the look of pillar gauges...

Jed,

I just emailed you regarding your "B" Dash Pod. It's a beautiful piece of work. I would definately take one.
You may want to try Lotek Industries - www.gaugepods.com . They do custom ABS pods from a prototype like yours for Clubs and Groups. Hope the project will fly.

I'm not sure if this question was ever answered about the F-150 Triple Pillar Pod. I just bought one from Lotek. It's a full triple pod. It is too wide and too long. I'm going to trim it down in width & length. Take the heat gun to mold the width to the exact dimensions of the Stock pillar. Butt weld the two together and match with the Ford Light Prairie Interior Paint.

I've also purchased a Mustang Dual Instrument Bezel. Basically going to do the same as above. Cut out the dual cups to make the best fit onto the Stock Bezel. :)

NEW NEWS -

I am currently working on a second design so does not involve cutting the dash like the ones pictured.

It will be finished in the next couple of weeks and then I am going to post pictures and get ideas from you guys/gals and make a list of people interested.

All I can say now is the new unit will not involve cutting the dash at all and will only had two gauges istead of three. Also the cost be will much less compaired to the other designs you have seen.

Thanks for the time and interest.
