OK check out this lucky day! while shopping for parts at a local auto salvage yard, i happened across a late model firebird, it had a dual gauge pllar pod in it. just laying there on the seat,CALLNG MY NAME.. i looked closely at it and noticed it's shape was similar to that of my A-Pillar. hmmm wheels were turning. i got it for a "tool box discount," since i know the owner of the yard. anyays i get home and ya know what ? IT FITS! anyways after a short trip to adv auto parts, i bought a "temp gauge" hich will work nicely as trans temp, and i allready have the Air/fuel gauge. so now i have a better place for them. ok heres the cool part. yet another trip to Lowe's™ home improvement, i bought some 3/8 T- fittings and a few hose clamps (5$ appx) i bought some trans cooler line from auto zone and wll use that for the temp sensor for the gauge. i know all this sounds weird but i will have pics up at my car domain page tomorrow sometime.

That's cool, I wanna see the pics. Why do you have an Air/Fuel gauge?

well. at one time i was havng engine idle ssues, and truck was acting weird....and someday i hoped to re build the engne, and possible run a blower or Nitrous. the ar fuel was a cheap gauge and i figured it could help in the long run for diagnostic stuff....besides it looked cool and i was bored that day, wanted somethng to put on.
