Was pretty straight forward. Found and modded some caps I found at lowes. What do you think?

It was really easy, just be careful Ford used alot of lock tight on the screws.

Found some Dark Copper paint. Caps are no longer Black!!

It does look good but it isn't for me. I believe that the roof rack is just part of being a Sport Trac, just like the poor fuel mileage. However, I got lucky there, mine gets about 17.5 local and 20-21 interstate long range. Worse in the winter.

To me, the roofrack on the gen2 ST looks like an afterthought. I don't like it and it's one of the reasons I bought an Adrenalin.

I have had a few instances where I would have liked a roofrack. It's to bad they didn't make it a modular accessory like the tonneau cover or the bed extender.
