I used to have another account however I lost info so decided to make a new one and post my truck. Been running it like this for 4 years now, truck rides real nice. Its got a TT and shackles, riding on 35x12.50 BFG km2s on 15" steels, rancho rs9000, sct4 tuned, upgraded driveshaft joints, upgraded ignition coil and wires, K&N Filter, and some more bolt ons. Last winter I did some routine maintenance my intake mani gaskets, refreshed whole front suspension and threw in new rack/ PS pump. I do all my own work, otherwise I wouldn't be able to afford it and would have a stock truck haha.

Body lift is next and a coilover conversion in front/ deavers in back. I want to keep the IFS until I come up with a solid conversion up front.Maybe a year or two. Any SAS suggestions for the front would be appreciated I do not want a leaf setup.

Looks good

Looks good, I like it. What tires are you running?

I have a trussed Dana30 from a '96 Cherokee with ZJ coils from Iron Rock Offroad. The Rubicon Express 5.5" XJ coils should work too if you don't have heavy bumpers.

I offroad the crap out of my setup. I'm only in 33s but 35s are in my future.

That looks burly. I wish I had the balls to do that to my Mountaineer.

Thanks guys, body lift is coming this week just trying to gather what parts I need to do the body mounts that are non existant haha

I just saw that Daystar makes a set of Kevlar infused poly mounts.

You can probably find them cheaper, but those are very interesting. I have the regular poly body mounts and they're fantastic, but they do transmit quite a bit more NVH than the rubber ones do.

Dam that's a tight fit but looks really good! I did a SAS with a JK Dana 30 then a year later bought a JK Dana 44, didn't break anything just wanted the added strength and locker. Your sport is a lot lighter so I think a well built Dana 30 would work well for you, sleeves, gussets, gears, bigger spline axles and ujoints
