After front end rebuild (by me) consisting of upper and lower bj's (Moog), shocks (house)and sway bar bushings (Moog)as well as end links and a shop alignment, I still have a very slight "clunk" when turning left mostly. Tried having the wife turn the wheel while I felt around the suspension for any flexing but it seems only seems to do it when the truck is moving. Not a major irratation heck, not even a minor one, but after the rebuild wasn't expecting any noise. BTW if the radio is on you don't even hear it. my head on this one. Any ideas?

Go around all the bolts to make sure they've been tightened properly.
It may be a CV joint.

I'm with Flash checking all bolts, especially after replacing upper and lower ball joints. I chased an annoying clunk over one year entering driveways and moving slowly over small bumps. My driver side rear camber nut loosened about 1/16 inch. If you replaced both UCA's with the one piece Moog's you have new bushings unless you have the two piece UCA on the passenger side. Torque for the single piece UCA camber bolts is 83-113 ft/lbs. and the two piece 95-128 ft/lbs. If you have camber kits installed make sure the bolt heads don't move when tightening the nuts or the camber and caster will change. Used blue Loctite, shouldn't happen again.

Bad shock on driver's side. :chug:

Damned house brand shocks, though I feel the same way about Pro Comp ES1000 shocks.
