Mystery Tabs in Trans Pan ?????????

03 Sport Trac 4.0 XLT , Dropped my Trans Pan and did a filter / fluid change today , when i drained the Pan these 4 little tabs were just lying in the bottom , anyone have ANY idea what these are ?? not magnetic Ran / Shifted fine before , just reg. maint. filter change , ***** perfect , just baffled what these are

From your old pan gasket. They are used as spacers in the original cork gasket. No problems.
