Nagging rear door lock

I have a loud nagging noise on my rear door lock. Everytime my truck locks or unlocks, it makes a loud naggin noise like its stuck. How can i fix this!!! Thank you!

The actuators are small motors with a rack and pinion drive. If it a slow Zzziippp sound the actuator is probably worn out. I just replace 3 from the junk yard for less than $10 ea. Be sure to get a guarantee because one of mine was completely dead and I had to go back. when they're new they are quiet and just sound like thump, thump.

try sticking wd40 right in the keyhole.... it worked for me. apply liberally...
