Nav card USB not recognized

Has anybody else ad their nav card and USB's just stop working? Everything else is fine, I can still make Bluetooth calls and give voice commands but even when my ipod is hooked up it's not turning on. The nav card is in the slot but the car doesn't see it. It's almost like there is no power in the whole unit. The fuse is good, but Ford wants $170.00 to run diagnostics, if anybody could help identify the problem maybe i can save a few bucks.

Honestly, the dealer should diagnose it for free considering it's a 2012 model. I would ask them to install the nav card for me (Probably less than diagnostics), and then they'd be forced to figure out why it won't work.

Sounds stupid to ask someone to install an SD card, but much cheaper than a $170 diag test.
