99 XLT 4.0 SOHC
Are the cam chain and cassetts available from the after market? Has anyone attempted this job on their own? If so, what tips do you have. Thanks all.
 






No aftermarket parts that i'm aware of. How to replace has been discussed/written up. Search and you will find.

if you have a 99' explorer you shouldn't need the cass may need 00m12 which is a lh tensiner and o-rings cass. 01m01 was for 97 and 98 only
