I would start by adjusting the kick down cable. It's easy to do, and it can cause problems if not adjusted properly. Also check to make sure that the modulator valve is connected to the vacuum line.

Your help is very appreciated... I did try it but.... I just was told the transmission needs to come back out because of something the transmission guy did!
