Need component install help quick!!!

I am looking for anyone that has components with the woofer in the stock location, and the tweeters on the dash. WHere did you mount your crossover? I am in the middle of this now, and cant decide where to put them. Please help

Wow I was going to post the same question and then I saw your post. I was considering mounting them behind the door panel so they are out of view or on the back of my center console so I can make adjustments if I need to easily. I am designing a custom amp rack for where the stock sub was in my '93 and I may end up moving the crossovers there.

My crossovers are mounted in the kick panel.

Well, in my Explorer, i drilled a hole for the tweeter to be flush mounted right above the power window controls. The tweeters can be angled, but i usually point them straight... The component set came with a x-over so i placed velcro on the back of the x-over and placed it on the door panel on a flat piece. When the door is closed, you cant see the opposite side of the door panel which the x-over is stuck, but when the door is open, there is a big flat piece of the panel which my x-over is mounted on the other side of the door panel. The x-over isnt that heavy, so it isnt goin anywhere when the doors slam. Its connected to the 5.25 which is screwed into the door, and the tweeter which is connected to the door panel. so when i have to take off the door panel, i have to be careful because the x-over is strung up with wires goin to the door panel AND the door. hope this helps.
