Need Custom Head Light Advise

I am looking for a set of custom black head lights and matching tail lights for my 04 ST.

I found a set on ebay but I'm not sure about the quality. so I'm coming to the collective and asking for help, thanks.

I picked up a set of black headlights, matching corners with a HID conversion for $149 last year and have been pleased with them so far. Couldn't be happier!

I bought a pair off of ebay for an jeep I used to have and they were CRAP..I didnt have HIDs in them and i'm not sure if it was the black background but they didnt produce ANY light hardly at all..quickly changed them out cuz i couldnt see

look good but i can tell you that the lack of chrome will make the headlights dimmer the whole point of the "cupped" area is to reflect the light back forward. as for the tails they will work fine with no adverse lighting effects.
