I just brought a new aftermarket double din stereo unit and I wanted to know if there would be anything besides the basic wiring to hook up my rear entertainment to the new head unit?

It would depend on what you got... I don't know that I will replace my stock radio just because I LOVE dual mode where back watch movie and front still plays music...
Would be interested if the new deck could perform that feature...
If your deck has inputs like most do it should plug in... I don't think many came with rear entertainment system so responses may be limited...
