need help and books related to xplorers

I have my explorer for a few month now and how the weather becomes more friendly I want to start doing some work on mine but ... I can’t find any books here for my 92 EB and I don't even have an Owner Manual is my first Explorer and I'm not much of a mechanic.

How I leave in Romania there’s no shipping from any store ... so I really need you're help if you can send my any book or if someone have something on cd related to repair mechanical or electrical parts...

I can send you the money needed to buy those books and for shipping if someone wants to help

To see how "out of this world" I am pls tell me if when I press ON the cruise control something should appear on the panel (board, dash I don't know the word) because I tried and seem that cruise control do not work

go to ebay and do a serach on ford explorer manuals. there's a guy out there that sells the ford explorer manual on CD

Nothing appears when the cruise control "On" button is pressed...After you do that, press the "Set Accel" button at the speed you want it to hold.....Also make sure you are going over 50KPH.

i was on ebay and i eaven place a bid but thats why i need help they said "Will ship to United States only. See item description for shipping charges."

i know how cruise control supposed to work and i tried, in this case for shure is not working

Weird. I specifically checked Amazon's shipping policies before I posted the link, and they said that Romania was included in their "Europe shipping department" or whatever. Sorry about that

I hope this helps I have noticed that there are members from all over Europe some from Switzerland and Poland etc. There is a moderater on there "Mike" he is also a member of this board. He has helped me with info I have needed and will translate for you if necessary.
