Hi,

I was driving along the road in my 2000 EXP and went to do a u turn and then she start rattling and wont go, driving slow slow, and wont move quickly. Pressed the gas hard and she finally took off, then once turning my drive way did the same thing. Then tried starting it and did the same thing. Carried to do a test and these codes came up.

po747
p0743
po750po755
po760
po765

WHAT DO THIS MEAN DO I NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION! PLEASE TELL ME NOW ! I REALLY NEED TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON pLEASE HELP"

I'm not the resident expert, but those codes all are related to shift solenoids. I would drop the pan and the valve body. I think that you possibly have a valve body gasket blow out.

Or it's possible that you have some wiring problems. Be sure to check all your connections before dropping the pan and check those in the pan (valve body).

P0747 = Solenoid A stuck on
P0734 = TC circuit electrical
P0750 = Solenoid A malfunction
P0755 = Solenoid B "
P0760 = Solenoid C "
P0765 = Solenoid D "

Thanks!

Hi,

Thank you so so so so much for replying, I am on a island where no one knows how to fix things ( Eleuthera, Bahamas) and I just bought this Ford I own four FORD vehicles...... I just hope I wont have to buy a new transmission! All these codes can be fixed? thanks so much for replying!

It is likely a wiring issue as Jack noted. Check all the wiring to and from the transmission and make sure the transmission connector has not become loose or the pins corroded.
