Need help desperately

can someone give me advice on pulling my harmonic balancer on my 94 ranger 4.0? have puller but is not helping. tried heat and lube but nothing

Welcome to this forum! Remove the bolts, lock the side bolts into the pulley, and press the center bolt of the tool against the shaft without touching the pulley. Turn the center bolt on the tool, and it should start to lift off.
