Need help fixing Dash Lights

My left side of my dashboard Panel doesn't work so the lights on my Gas Gauge and stuff like that just dont work. i was wondering if its possible to open it and replace them.

i drive a 97 ford explorer XLT

While you are in there, replace them all, as pulling thei insturment cluster is the hardes part of the job. You can buy the bulbs at any parts store; they just snap out of the plastic bulb holders.
