Need help for weird electical issue

My explorer has power locks, but only the unlock works. Even for the keypad. The only lock that works is the one in the cargo area in the back.

do the locks work from the driver or passenger door lock/unlock buttons? it's pretty common for these vehicles to have broken wires in the driver's door wire loom (the black plastic canister looking thing in the front of the door jam).

The driver and passenger unlock works, but the lock doesn't, and how would i get into the wire loom?

on the top center of the black plastic canister there should be a plastic plug (sometimes missing) pry the plug off and there is a 10mm (?) bolt there. remove the bold and the canister comes apart. you will also need to pull the rubber boot back to see where the wires enter the canister. that's usually where they break because of the driver's door being opened/closed a gamillion times.
