I've joined the forum after lurking for a while to try and learn more about maintaining my own vehicle, and first off, thank you very much. Just lurking here has given me a lot of help.

I recently got an overheat in my 96 Ford Explorer 4WD, so I pulled over and shut down the engine, and then opened up the hood. I noticed a leak out of a part I can't identify (because I'm so damn new at this) but I took a video of it.

After it cooled down I checked the radiator...bone dry...although there was plenty in the resovior. I've been scratching my head over this one, most definitely going to take it to a local mechanic if I have to, but before then, I would like to know what the problem likely is so I don't get upsold a bunch of service I don't need.

Thank you in advance,
