I have a 1993 Ford Explorer XLT. I am currently installing a Bulldog RS1100 Remote Start, I bought the T-Harness and am having trouble locating the ignition harness. Thanks for any answers in advance.

Usually in the shroud midway to base of the column . Should be a connection with a bolt in the middle of it. This is from memory, haven't had it apart in a while.

You can get these pics from the install pages at the bulldog site.

Thanks alot, I'll take it apart again tommorow and see if I locate it.

No problem. You'll have to let me know how you like it. I was considering that one as well for the start and also because the site says it comes with built in lock relays. Been wanting to add KE and RS to my truck since I got it. It sucks going out every morning to start it, but it's too damn cold to do the install. If I had a heated garage it looks like the RS job would go really fast with the harness, but still need to hookup the lock wires and that takes a bit more effort in the 0 degree and lower windchills.

Hey man it took me a hour and a half to install. The ignition harness is a little bit of a pain in the ass to get to but its possible. The range is great, starts easily and its a really good remote starter for the price, the t-harness saved me at least an hour if not more the thing is just plug and play.
