Need help on a 2" body lift

Hey everyone, I'm doing a 2" body lift on my truck but I'm gonna save myself the money by not buying a kit cause I really don't need to according to other threads. So what I'm doing is buying some of those body lift pucks, bolts and making some bumper brackets and radiator brackets.

Am I missing anything that I need?

Also, does anyone know the best and easiest way to go about making the brackets?

Do I have to worry about steering linkage with a 2" lift? Or anything else?

no, you dont need to worry about the steering if your doing a 2" BL but i think if u do more then youll need an extension. the rad brackets are only for the shroud and dont forget to take that off first!!. i just took mine out and left it out. be sure to give yourself lots off time and an extra pair of hands.
