I have a 1993 ford explorer it won't turn over. I replaced fuel pump n fuel filter. How can I check too see if it's getting gas? Also can the fuel pump be defective? Please help. Thank you so much.

If your not sure if the gas is getting into the engine you could always disconnect the fuel line at the engine and turn it on to see if you get a strong enough flow?
