Need help removing bulbs from sun visor....

Does any one have any tips or pics or a diagram to remove the plastic lens cover that covers the two bulbs in each sun visor? I got leds for them nice "cool white"(is the color) ones and i tried getting them off with a razor but it seems like it might be recessed in there a little bit. I snapped a razor and cut my finger trying to attempt this.

Check out the link below. Take note that the cover it's not that easy that we suggest. BEEN THERE so I now. But with patience it will come out. Use the most hard, fine flat screwdriver you own. Anything else just ask. You will enjoy your new lights.

hahah the first link makes it look so easy, ive taken many covers off before than this one is a nightmare....

can any one offer any other advice?? I tried yesterday with the smallest flat head i had and even tried an eyeglass flathead. These are making me so angry i want to break them. i looked at the post above and it was no help.
