Need Help replacing & flushing burnt A4ld trans how & were

Need Help. Replacing burnt a4ld trans How & were do I flush out radiator ,cooler, trans lines on 93 ranger 4.0 before I put new trans back in truck? I am new at this Thanks gtdad

There are 2 lines going in, and out of the transmission on the passenger's side. This is where they go into the radiator, and cooler, then back into the transmission. You could start the vehicle, connect a hose onto the line to go into a pail, then add some fluid. Have somebody else keep starting, and stopping the vehicle so that you could refill the transmission. One quart goes in while it pushes out another one.

Connect a can of Trans Flush cooler cleaner to one of the lines going to the cooler with a bucket, and rubber drain hose underneath the second line to catch the chemical after it comes out. Here is my product review: http://www.explorerforum.com/reviewpost/showproduct.php/product/226/cat/500

Hi I pickup trans flush won't fit tranny line. How do you get it to fit the line? I am at the back of the trans right. Thanks

You need to get some brass adapters.

Thanks I will try that with the brass fitting I will go to the hardware store get them. Thanks for the help.
