NEED HELP TO LIFT on 97 XLT Explorer UN model

Hi members, I'm kinda new here and i just bought my first 4WD and need help to modify this "NEW BEAST IN THE BLOCK". Here in Sydney Australia we dont have much options to get my project going i need your help and ideas to achive my goal, im a mechanic by trade and work on a lot of Jap cars and performance cars but this 4Wd is a challange for me....

For now i need to find a BODY LIFT for my explorer, if theres anyone out there where i can get this kit could you plse help me and locate so i can buy them.
I need a 3" lift BODY LIFT and thats the allowable legally here in Sydney, Australia..
I just ordered my suspension lift kit which include ( Front Shock abs, Rear Shock abs, LeafSpring) and i will adjust the Torsion Bar after. They told me i can only lift the suspension around 1-2" but if you more ideas please let me know.....

My goal is to raise this "BEAST" not more than 2m because of the car park clearance but i love to fit a 'big fat tyres' to make it look meaner.
Im planning to fit an 31"to 35" if possible... ( do you think thats possible?)

I love that front bumper so much. Are the reflectors required on your rear bumper, or did you put them there to avoid hassle for tinting your tails?

Thanks, i love the front bar too and i have not seen this bar from anywhere yet...
About the reflectors yes its been there since i bought this explorer and its required if your tail lights are tinted...
