need help which parts/kit to buy

okay my sohc with 172000 miles and updated guides started the death rattle ... so I searched found some info.. the sohc is apart the main guide broke and fell down and got the guide for the back t-chain what kits do I need the front cam gudies are good along with the back one... I went to ford and got the strangest look when asking for parts for these... and most parts was labeled 1 peice not a kit...

I know what ya' meen.the lady at the Ford parts counter looked at me like I should be in a straight jacket when I asked for prices on parts..She said;" I have no idea what that is,I need a part #"
I'm still trying to gather/find the part #'s I need for front guides/tensioners and the passenger side cam tensioner and the secondary hood latch
