Need help with 94 explorer!!!! asap

I have a 94 explorer and Im tryin to reset the fuel pump. I have found it but dont know what to do next. How do i reset it??? The thing is that the car wont turn on and I've checked almost everything. Need advice asap please!!

hi, and welcome from another new member.
if your just looking for the fuel pump reset button, i believe it is under the dash on the passengers side.

i believe you just press the button back down..

on the passenger side of the trans tunnel pull the carpet back from the kick panel and the fuel pump inertia switch should be there. the top is a red button, when triggered it pops up kinda like a turkey thermometer (hey, thats what it reminds me of), anyway.. push it back down. that should reset it. have you checked the fuel pump relay? the fuse for the relay? and the pump itself?

Also, make sure that the wire connector is firmly attached at the bottom of the inertia switch. As previously stated, if the pump isn't running, it could be the fuel pump relay or a fuse. It could also be the PCM relay.
