Well if you haven't been to the body work section, then you wouldn't know that I got rear-ended. My X is finally getting taken care off, but it will take a month to a month and a half to fix and I was planning to do the interior before I go back to school. So I decided that I'm going to completely gut the interior and do it while it's in the shop. I've got everything out except the main part of the dash. Here's where the problem lies, I can get the top part of the dash undone. http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/401698/2 on the bottom part of the page you'll see a picture with a red circle in it where I've come to the conclusion that this is where it's attached at 5 spots. The problem is I dont know how to get back there to remove the screws.

My question is how do I remove the main dash at those points? Do I have to remove the light grey plastic that holds the dash to the car, then the dash to it?

Dashes are easy to r and r. you need to pull the entire dash from the vehicle?

Drop the steering column.
Disconnect wire harnesses on left and right sides of dash.
remove bolt near lower center of dash.
remove bolts on both sides of dash (open doors and remove plastic covers on side of dash)
remove defrost panel and remove bolts/screws

That's a simple description... if you need more help pm me.
