help me touch up a faded dash

I would really appreciate any and all suggestions/advice as to how I can touch up my faded dash. In the below pic you will see underneath my radio that the dash is faded to almost a white color from black.

Can I restore it or do I have to replace the whole dash or a section or what? And I have thought about black paint but what are the odds of it matching up??

At my work we sell a product called SEM vinyl and plastic paint. What it is used for is primarily painting interior paint like what you need. Go to an automitive paint store and tell them what you need to do. They should have a factory color that would match that color. If they don't have a color that matches they should beable to match the color for you. A can runs about 8.95. Hope this helps and good luck.
