Need help with roof rack!

I bought a factory roof rack from the junkyard and was wondering if anyone has any advice or hints on making this process go smoothly. What type of sealer should I use to waterproof the screw holes?

Hi Brent,
I would use silicone caulk or some other VERY flexible sealer for the flexing and temperature changes.
The factory roof rack is not very good. I know they're really expensive, but you might want to check out a Thule or Yakima--you won't have to drill your roof.
